- MONAT is direct selling: is that legitimate?
- Direct selling means MONAT sells through self-employed consultants instead of shops; they earn on the sales they bring in. You can check three things. As a customer you can buy without a subscription; the VIP programme is optional. You order from and pay MONAT, not us. And as a consultant you don't have to buy stock.
- How do I become a Glow Tribe consultant myself?
- You send a no-obligation enquiry using the form on our “Become a consultant” page. A consultant from the Glow Tribe gets in touch, answers your questions and explains what starting costs and how it works. Whether you then sign up with MONAT is your decision. You don't need any prior experience.
- Do I have to stock products as a consultant?
- No. Your customer orders directly from MONAT and MONAT delivers to her, so you need no stock of your own. Starting is not free, though: you buy a starter kit from MONAT. What it costs in your country and what it contains is in the current MONAT documents, which you see before you sign up.
- Can I really earn money as a consultant?
- You earn commission under MONAT's compensation plan. How much that is depends on many factors, only some of which are in your hands, and it is not guaranteed. Binding figures are in MONAT's official Income Disclosure; read it before you sign up.
- How much time does it take per week as a consultant?
- That's up to you; there are no required hours. Plan realistically all the same: advising customers, answering messages and learning the ropes take regular time, and without that time you will sell little.
- What happens if I stop?
- Glow Tribe has no minimum term and no notice period. What your contract with MONAT says about stopping, for example about a starter kit you have already bought, is in MONAT's documents for your country; ask to see them before you sign up.
- How does the Glow Tribe support new consultants?
- The consultant who trains you supports your start personally. You also get templates and conversation guides for everyday situations and access to this platform, where you manage your customers and their hair analyses. Customers from the hair analysis may be assigned to you; we cannot promise that.
Earnings as a MONAT Market Partner are not guaranteed and vary significantly. They depend on factors including actual sales, time invested, experience, market conditions, costs and, where applicable, team building. Review the current local contract, compensation, tax and compliance documents before joining.
