Starting costs a starter kit whose price MONAT sets; you buy no stock to resell. After that there are three steps: an enquiry, a conversation with a consultant from our team, registration with MONAT.
What starting costs and takes
No stock bought on your own account
You don't buy stock to resell; your customers order directly from MONAT. Whether MONAT requires a monthly minimum volume for commission or rank is set out in its compensation plan for your country; ask to see it before you start.
A starter kit priced by MONAT
There is a starter kit with products to try and to show. MONAT sets its price and contents, and both change with promotions. So there is no figure here: your sponsor shows you the current one before you decide.
Realistically a few hours a week
The work is meant to fit alongside a job or family. Set fixed times each week for messages, consultations and learning. How many hours that is, you decide; if you plan none, you sell nothing.
You can stop at any time
Glow Tribe ties you to no minimum term and no notice period. What your contract with MONAT says about stopping, for example about a starter kit you have already bought, is in MONAT's documents for your country.
How to get started
- Send an enquiry Your name, contact details, your country and where you stand with MONAT, through the enquiry form.
- Ask your questions A consultant from our team gets in touch, answers your questions and shows you what the starter kit currently costs. You don't have to decide anything at that point.
- Start if it fits If you both agree, your sponsor registers you with MONAT and trains you.
How compensation works
MONAT pays commission under its compensation plan. What earns commission, which requirements apply and what consultants actually earn are set out in MONAT's compensation plan and income disclosure for your country. Whether MONAT requires a monthly minimum volume for commission or rank is also in the compensation plan; ask to see it before you start.

They depend on factors including actual sales, time invested, experience, market conditions, costs and, where applicable, team building.
