Your first 90 days
Your first weeks have three parts: setting up, learning, the first conversations. Your sponsor goes through them with you, and how quickly things move depends on the time you give it.
Setting up
- When you first log in, a short assistant walks you through your profile: name, contact details, photo and your personal link.
- You share the link for the first time and set your own goals for the month.
- You look at the customer portal, so you know what your customers see.
Learning
The sales toolkit has conversation guides, answers to objections, the product finder and training content. Your sponsor trains you in product knowledge, advising and your first conversations. You don't need any prior experience.
Team dates appear in the Events area, where you can accept or decline them.
The first conversations
You can answer your first enquiries together with your sponsor. The next-step suggestion and the templates help with the wording. What you recommend to the customer is your decision.
How you can see where you stand
Your sponsor records milestones as you reach them:
- your first consultation
- your first customer
- the compensation plan has been explained to you
- your first event of your own
- your first new consultant in the team
None of them has a deadline. They record what you can already do.
How much time it takes
The work is meant to fit alongside a job or family. Block out fixed times each week for messages, consultations and learning. How many hours that is, you decide; if you plan none, you sell nothing.
Earnings as a MONAT Market Partner are not guaranteed and vary significantly. They depend on factors including actual sales, time invested, experience, market conditions, costs and, where applicable, team building.
