How to choose a MONAT team
With MONAT you start through a consultant who registers you and then trains you. So it is worth checking beforehand who you start with. You can put the following seven questions to any team, including us.
Seven questions you should ask
- What does starting cost? Ask for the current price of the starter kit, whether you have to buy stock and whether MONAT requires a monthly minimum volume for commission or rank. MONAT's terms for your country are binding; ask to see them.
- How does training work? Ask who trains you, with what, and how you can ask questions. A general “we'll help you” doesn't answer that.
- Where do customers come from? Ask whether the team passes on enquiries and by which rule, or whether you work only through your own circle.
- Which figures are you being given? Concrete income examples or rank promises are a warning sign. Only MONAT's official income disclosure for your country is binding.
- How much pressure do you feel? Deadlines, “today only” offers or being pushed to message family and friends straight away are bad signs.
- What happens if you want to stop? Ask about minimum terms, notice periods and what happens to products you have already bought.
- Who is behind it? A reputable team gives names and an imprint, and refers you to MONAT itself for contracts and compensation.
Our answers to the seven questions
- Costs Starting costs a starter kit whose price MONAT sets; your sponsor shows you the current price before you decide. You buy no stock to resell. Whether MONAT requires a monthly minimum volume for commission or rank is in MONAT's compensation plan for your country; ask to see it before you start.
- Training Your sponsor registers you with MONAT and trains you. Conversation guides, templates and training content are in the sales toolkit in the dashboard.
- Customers Enquiries through your personal link go to you. Enquiries without a link go to a fixed contact person in the team. We don't promise any particular number of enquiries.
- Figures We give none. What consultants actually earn is in MONAT's income disclosure for your country.
- Pressure We set no deadlines and make no “today only” offers. Whether and when you start is your decision.
- Stopping There is no minimum term and no notice period with us. What your contract with MONAT says about stopping, for example about a starter kit you have already bought, is in MONAT's documents for your country.
- Who is behind it The content on these pages is written by Anna Sophie Schulenburg. Who runs the site is in the imprint.
