How an enquiry reaches you

Customers start with the free hair analysis. Anyone who takes it through your personal link is assigned to you, even if she finishes the analysis a few days later in a new window.

If someone arrives without a link, the enquiry goes to a fixed contact person in the team, who can pass it on.

We don't promise any particular number of enquiries.

What your dashboard gives you

• Every enquiry with the answers from the analysis and a suggestion for the next step.
• Message templates for WhatsApp and email in five languages, which you adapt before sending.
• Conversation guides and answers to objections in the sales toolkit.
• A reminder after twelve hours without a reply to a new enquiry; after 24 hours your sponsor is told as well.
• Tasks and follow-ups, each linked to the customer.
• A weekly summary by email.

How your customers are looked after afterwards

Every customer gets her own portal with her analysis, a care plan for the first four weeks and the products you recommended. There she can upload progress photos, ask you for products and update her profile when her hair changes.

About 60 days after a purchase, and later in the rhythm of her own reorders, the portal reminds her to reorder, and you see it in her view.

If you support a team yourself

If you train new consultants yourself, the Team area shows you who needs support right now, for example because enquiries are open or someone hasn't logged in for a while. Notes and milestones record who can already do what.

What stays with you

The tools take organising off your hands. You hold the conversations yourself, and you decide how you win customers.
