What happens after I submit the hair analysis?
You see your hair profile straight away. Your answers go to an independent MONAT consultant from the Glow Tribe, who usually gets in touch within 24 hours on WhatsApp, with first suggestions for your routine and no pressure at all.
Is my data safe? What happens to it?
Yes. Your details are processed in line with the GDPR and shared only with the consultant who looks after you. They are never sold or passed on to third parties. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time with a single click.
What is MONAT?
MONAT is an international hair-care brand with naturally based, vegan products, known for its botanical REJUVENIQE® oil. The products are sold through independent consultants like the Glow Tribe instead of on retail shelves, so you get personal guidance instead of guesswork in the aisle.
How much does a personal routine cost?
That depends on your hair profile. A typical three-step routine starts with a product trio that lasts several months. For example: many begin with shampoo, conditioner and one treatment and add more later in a targeted way, instead of buying the whole shelf at once. After the hair analysis your consultant puts together a routine within your budget; as a VIP customer you order at the VIP price below retail.
MONAT is direct selling: is that legitimate?
Yes. MONAT sells its products through referral marketing via independent consultants instead of retail. For you as a customer that means personal advice and a fixed contact person. You can buy as a retail customer without a subscription; the VIP (Flexship) programme is optional and follows the current official MONAT terms.
